How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping options via DHL or FedEx usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
What is the warranty policy on flight controllers and ESCs?
We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper soldering, or unauthorized modifications.
Which battery connector does my drone use?
Most of our 1S micro whoops use the BT2.0 connector for high-current performance, while larger 2S-4S builds typically utilize XT30 or XT60 connectors.
What should I do if my drone won't bind to my radio controller?
First, ensure both the drone and radio are on the same protocol (e.g., ELRS, Frsky, or TBS Crossfire) and firmware version. Check our online support portal for specific binding button sequences and CLI commands.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
